| How to Connect Your Laptop to a Wireless Router | ||
 Cat 6 Network Cable Plug one end of this into your laptop. Plug the other end into the back of your wireless router. |
 Ethernet Internet Adapter If your laptop does not have a Cat 6 Network port, you need one of these as well. |

| Why not connect to your wireless router using wi-fi? Wi-fi is traditionally spotty and slower than wired connections. Since ClerkBooks is a web-based application with heavy data traffic, you want the most stable and the fasted connection available. — Remember to disconnect the wi-fi connection and enable the wired connection.
